Robert Rihmeek Williams, better known as Meek Mill, was born on May 6, 1987, in South Philadelphia. His mother raised him and his sister while his father died when he was five years old.
The Meek family was poor, and Meek was a reserved/shy kid. When he was in high school, he became interested in rap battles. Even if it meant staying up until the early hours of the morning, he’d stay up late to write rhymes in his notebooks.
