Jeffree Lynn Steininger, Jr. was born in Los Angeles County, California, on November 15, 1985, and grew up in Orange County, California. He claims that he began experimenting with his mother’s cosmetics when he was ten years old and persuaded her to let him wear it to school when he was in junior high.
